You've Got A Friend

James Taylor

Singer songwriter James Taylor has his first U.S. No. 1 hit with his cover of the Carole King song "You've Got A Friend" (No. 4 U.K.). The song was recorded at the same time as King's version for her Tapestry album and the same musicians perform on both versions.
