Rock On

David Essex

After reaching No. 3 in the U.K. in September 1973, the single "Rock On" by U.K. singer songwriter David Essex hits No. 5 U.S. The distinctive lead bass riff (from session bassist Herbie Flowers) and lack of guitars or keyboards gives the track a unique sound.
